Return Timeline & Conditions

  • Reporting Period: Customers must report a return within 24 hours of receiving the parcel.

  • Deadline: Returns will not be accepted if initiated after 3 days of delivery.

  • Damaged/Incorrect Items: Any issues regarding damaged or wrong items must be reported within 24 hours of receipt.

  • Eligibility: To be eligible for a refund, exchange, or store credit, the item must be in its original condition, unused, and in the original packaging.

Shipping & Fees

  • Non-Refundable Costs: Shipping fees and Shopify commissions are strictly non-refundable.

  • Return Shipping (UK & International): Shipping costs for returned parcels are the customer’s sole liability. We do not provide return labels. We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure the safe delivery of your return.

Non-Refundable Items

  • Custom & Bridal Wear: Wedding Formals, Bridals, and Custom-Made dresses (including standard sizes with custom changes) are not refundable. These items are only eligible for alterations if required.

  • Sale Items: All items purchased during a sale or promotional period are final and non-refundable.

  • Alteration Lead Time: Alterations for bridal wear take 45 to 60 days. All postage costs for alterations must be borne by the customer.

Quality Check & Processing

Once your return reaches our warehouse, it will undergo a quality check.

  • Approval: We will notify you of the approval or rejection of your return via WhatsApp or Email.

  • Timeline: Please allow 5 working days for the quality check process once the package is received.

  • Refund Disbursement: Approved refunds will be processed within 14 days after the parcel is received.
